Race Sponsorship

You can sponsor a race for as little as €1,500, which with Horseracing Ireland support will value your race at approximately €10,000. Additions to this figure would create races of proportionately greater value. For a sponsorship of approximately €6,000 the sponsor gets a €20,000 race.

Hibernian Insurance, C & D Foods, Bank of Ireland, and Isotron Ireland are just some of the major companies who have sponsored races at our racecourse during the year because they know the benefits of Kilbeggan hospitality and the promotional value of race sponsorship

A sponsor at Kilbeggan can now be assured of good national and local press publicity, a large, enthusiastic audience on the day, and excellent hospitality facilities, if there is a requirement, to entertain guests

For a sponsorship of €1,500 the sponsor gets an appropriately named €10,000 race and also receives the following:

• National press coverage in all the national papers.
• Local press coverage in the following provincial papers: Offaly Westmeath Independent, Offaly/Leinster Express, Tullamore/Midland Tribune, Westmeath Examiner, Meath Chronicle and Longford Leader.
• Coverage on the electronic media including Aertel, Minitel and Satellite Information Systems.
• Coverage on local radio - Radio 3, Shannon side and live coverage of the race on CKR Radio.
• Extensive branding sites on the Racecourse, facilities for signs on the race track and Parade Ring. Free advertising in the race card.

At Kilbeggan we have prestigious sites for signs available on an annual basis around the Racecourse and we also have, full colour advertisements, full page or half page, available in the Racecards.

Kilbeggan Racecourse is the perfect venue for any event, the magnificent new Pavilion forms the centrepiece of the Events and Leisure facilities. we have facilities to accommodate conferences, party nights, exhibitions, seminars, and product launches. In addition we have acres of hard standing and grassed areas available for open-air exhibitions, team building events and corporate fun days.
